Le Germain Opens Ottawa Boutique Hotel

Le Germain, One of Canada’s Leading Boutique Hotel Brands Opens Le Germain Hotel Ottawa

Following in the footsteps of Alt Hotel Ottawa which opened its doors in 2016, the Germain Group's second property in the nation's capital, diversifies the hotel offering in the city centre. The result of a 40-million-dollar investment, Le Germain Hotel Ottawa is integrated into a state-of-the-art, mixed-use building that is part of the Ottawa Art Gallery Expansion and Arts Court redevelopment. The complex also includes the ArtHaus private residences and is within walking distance of Ottawa’s landmark attractions: the ByWard Market, the Rideau Canal, the Parliament of Canada, the Shaw Centre convention centre, amongst other attractions and amenities in the city centre.

Refined Design & Service

The 115 rooms and suites are bathed in natural light and offer a design that blends refinement, comfort and convenience. Each of the eight suites offers not only a king size bed, a dining room, a living room, a powder room, a reading area and a panoramic view of the city centre, but also the possibility to form a trio of private rooms by connecting to the two adjacent rooms. This option is certain to meet the unique requirements of Ottawa, which welcomes various delegations throughout the year. Works of art created exclusively for the hotel by Canadian artists complete the look of the property.

The boutique hotel has five meeting rooms, totalling nearly 2,500 square feet. These bright rooms are perfect for a multitude of meetings, special events and celebrations, and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
